How to Order

Ordering signs for your event is easy, convenient and saves you the hassle of dealing with common carriers. Event Productions will produce and deliver your signage to the event, so you do not have to worry about your signage getting lost or damaged while shipping to show site. The signage will be ready and available for pick-up at the EPI service desk.

Ordering signs for your booth:

1. If you are an exhibitor at one of the shows Event Productions is producing go to our Exhibitor Information page click your show's logo, read your welcome letter, at the bottom of the welcome letter click the check box to accept the Policies and Procedures and click order forms button.

2. Download the signs order form read the important information on the right column, fill it out along with the calculation and payment of orders form and fax the forms to 510-217-7065.

3. Last step will be getting your graphic files to our sign department, If you don't have print-ready graphic files we do provide graphic design services, check your shows signs order form for pricing and ordering. You can e-mail the files if they are under 5mb to signdept@eventproductions.com, or e-mail asking for our FTP site information, make sure to include your show name, company name, and booth number in the e-mail.
