Denis has been working on Trade Shows since childhood. Attempts to find more legitimate work have failed. While he still does an occasional commercial or theatrical appearance, he is now focused (sort of) on Event Productions. Denis spent six years as President of the Local Union that sets Trade Shows in the Bay Area. Denis and Event Productions enjoy a good relationship with our work force. We really understand where the lines are. If you see Denis talking to Large Men in ill fitting suits, please do not interrupt. Or make loud noises. Or sudden movements.

Decades in the Trade Show and Special Event industry have taught him a lot about how to make things work smoothly. He has worked as a Freight Supervisor, Crew Foreman, Warehouse Manager and has done Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits. These skills are applied to our clients projects and the most complicated, compressed set ups, or dismantles, become routine.

Geneen has extensive experience in the tradeshow industry having worked for some of the largest Trade show Contractors in the Nation as well as booth design companies and I&D companies. Having worked on both sides of the spectrum, both from the exhibitor side, the contractor side and from the association side she has an uncanny ability for anticipating problems that may occur and determining the best course of action to resolve any issues.

Adam has been with Event Productions for 2 years now. He has been working in the graphics and signage industry for about 4 years. From a young age Adam has kept up with many new advances in different areas of technology. He has been awarded for his work as a software programmer and has built websites for businesses in the bay area. He'll do anything from a simple logo design to designing a complex 10' backlit graphic. He has had schooling in major design programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop. She first became involved in events doing exhibit promotions. She was a 'Guerilla Marketeer' for events like the North by Northwest Music Conference (NXNW) and Van's WARP Tour . She went on to be a independent booking agent in 1998 staffing national events. In 1999, she joined Syllabus/101 Communications producing International Technology and Higher Education Conferences using Event Productions as the show decorator. As an independent 'Event Architect', Jeanavive has developed many unique 'artistic' fundraisers, corporate events, and Burning Man community-based events in the Bay Area. With this background, Jeanavive has developed a unique blend of skills; she is great with people, well organized, has the foresight and ability to take a concept or task and see it through to fruition. Jeanavive has also become the Green Advocate for Event Productions and has been a Green speaker for MPI and Meeting News.

Alexandra Carvalho joined Event Productions in 2006 bringing with her energy, a commitment to excellence and attention to personal service. Alexandra came to the San Francisco Bay Area after living in Europe for three years where she worked in Event planning and public relations. Prior to living in Europe she lived in Miami where she worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. A graduate from the Art institute of Miami, Alexandra also obtained a Certification in meeting and Event planning from San Francisco State University.

From Sales and Marketing to Project Management and Event Coordination, John has implemented events for Product Launches, Tech Conferences, Theater Festivals, Trade Shows, Film Premieres, Rock Concerts and Sporting Events. His early experiences as an art director, lighting designer and comedy producer eventually lead to organizing national tours for the Pickle Family Circus, and coordinating film/television productions for ABC, Showtime & HBO.
